Ichilov Residential Towers
I-LIVE project was built on Ichilov Hospital ground, designated to accommodate the hospital staff.
The twenty nine-story tower consists of 20 residential floors, 7 parking floors and 2 common area floors with kindergartens, cooking facilities, sports centers and more.
Combe, was the leading contractor. The Company provided turnkey solutions and self-performed all piping systems construction, including;
Fire suppression system – fire hydrants and sprinkler system.
Water supply – heated water, chilled water, for all purposes.
Drainage solutions – ventilation, rain water.
Sanitation – supply and installation of hygiene and sanitation equipment.
Systems – 3 machine rooms generating water supply for fire suppression and sprinklers, as well as general water consumption.
Common areas – infrastructure and connection of all systems to municipal facilities.
Combe’s vast knowledge and experience, gained over years of successful delivery, as well as use of state of the art equipment, enables The Company to execute diverse piping and infrastructure projects.
